Our menu changes daily,
offering new dishes inspired by the Cookbooks in the Cafe and the menu offers ca section of confort and all time favorite dishes. The daily menu offers a choice of 2 starters and Market Table starters, plus a choice of Fish, Meat and Vegeterian main courses. Desserts are from the Pastry Workshop, with a special of the day.

regular in store events including book launches, talks and cookery
demonstrations - why not come and join us?Consciously purchasing from sustainable sources and organic suppliers where possible, the hotel supports local growers and producers for fruit and vegetables. The best quality meat and fish is bought in season from British farmers and fishermen. Please read on for Executive Chef Michel Gehrig’s selections for breakfast, lunch, dinner. If the item you would like does not appear on the menu, please ask if Michel and his team can create something tailored to your preference.
