Ok first we'd like to introduce you to Anne-Laure Theard, our beloved Cookbook Cafe Restaurant Manager, who really does give a reality meaning to the phrase 'short and sweet'. Anne-Laure is originally from Brittany, North West Fance, and has been in the food and beverage business for six years now. She has experience in working in room service, banqueting, and restaurants, all of which adds to her diversity as a manager. When dining out herself, Anne-Laure values the experiences that are the most 'guest interactive'. Therefore she aims to apply this interactivity as a key ingredient to her own management of the Cookbook Cafe.  

 

 

Next we'd like to introduce you to Claire Yellowlees, our Cookbook Cafe Events Co-ordinator. With her degree in Events Management, and youthful creativity she manages to bring the perfect injection of life and energy to all Cookbook Cafe events whether they be a Cookbook Launch Party, a Chocolate or Cocktail Masterclasses, a Kids birthday party, a Corporate Networking Kitchen Party, or an MTV party, or Fashion Show. You name it... and Claire can do it!

And last but not least we are proud to introduce you to our Cookbook Cafe chefs; the two main men that make the magic of Cookbook Cafe happen every day; Executive Chef, Paul Bates, and Executive Sou Chef, Robert Prendergast.
